The Palms Las Vegas High Rise Condominiums is part of developer Goerge Maloof’s $600 Million expansion at the 4 year old Palms Casino property. This 50-story residential condo tower on West Flamingo Road is designed by the Jerde Partnership, a Los Angeles-based Architect. This development will also include a 40-story hotel tower that will have 347 rooms and suites, two new restaurants, a 2,200-seat showroom and an 8,000-square-foot recording studio.

Construction on the 559-unit Palms Luxury Las Vegas high rise condominium project will begin in 2006. The tower will be constructed on the west end of the property; it will be connected to the Palms Casino by a 300-foot glass-enclosed elevated moving walkway. The Palms tower will be comprised of studio condominiums (600 square feet), one-bedroom condos (1,200 square feet) and several 7,000-square foot penthouse suites. These luxury Las Vegas high rise condominiums in The Palms are priced from $500,000 to $7 Million.

The Palms Las Vegas high rise condominiums are hotel/residence units so that when not in use, owners can choose to offer their condominiums back to the Palms as rentals by the hotel’s customers.

Construction on the new hotel tower south of the main building began in 2004; portions will be completed in 2005 with the majority of the tower opening in 2006. A rooftop entertainment location will highlight the new tower in the Palms Las Vegas high rise condominiums. This dining and entertainment center is a joint-venture between the Palms, Playboy Enterprises, and the N9NE Group.
