existing homes are booming! The following are some highlights of the Las Vegas new home sales market:
New homes purchased in Las Vegas in 2002 (22,502) accounted for 47.7 percent of the 61,123 total Las Vegas home sales.
The highest median price for a new home in the Las Vegas Valley in 2002 was $195,000 in Henderson.
The top ten Las Vegas builders sold 11,867 new homes in 2002, or 52.7 percent of the new homes sold. The leading builder was KB Homes, selling 2,959 homes.
