Louis Birdman, chief executive officer of the company, said buyers may receive 12 months of mortgage payments and association fees paid by the seller, the owner title policy and any costs associated with recordation of deed, and a one-year home warranty. Buyers must use the preferred lender to qualify for the program. The complex, one of several converted by SunVest, is located in Henderson near Stephanie Street and Wigwam Avenue. It was built in 2003. Condominiums include one-, two- and three-bedroom units, ranging from 700 to 1,156 square feet. The homes come with tile entries, Roman tubs, walk-in closets, vertical blinds, ceiling fans, and full-size washers and dryers. Select units include 9-foot vaulted ceilings and detached garages with remote control. Covered parking is standard. Common areas of the property feature a resort-style pool with a sun deck and spa, a fitness center, media and business centers, kitchen and library. Prices start from the $160,000s. The complex is located in a developed area of Henderson with many nearby retail outlets and other services, and adjacent to the sites of two proposed developments. To visit, take the Las Vegas Beltway to Stephanie Street, go north to Wigwam Parkway and go east, following the signs. The sales center is open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Brokers are welcome and investors may purchase leased units.
