Sunrise Highlands rises in east

Pardee hosts open house at eastern valley community

Pardee Homes hosts an open house today and tomorrow at the Arrowhead and Sierra neighborhoods within Sunrise Highlands.

The community is located at Hollywood Boulevard and Vegas Valley Drive in the eastern Las Vegas Valley.

"It has been nearly 30 years since Pardee Homes has developed a community in this area of town, and we are looking forward to making a positive contribution to this impressive location," sales director Ray Landry said.

Arrowhead features three floor plans, each with a two-car garage.

The single-story Residence One has three bedrooms and two baths in 1,340 square feet.

The two-story Residence Two measures 1,680 square feet with three bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. A balcony is optional off the master bedroom.

Residence Three, also two story, features four bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths in 1,933 square feet. A retreat is optional in lieu of the second bedroom and a loft is optional in lieu of the third bedroom.

Homes at Arrowhead are expected to be priced from the mid-$200,000s.

Buyers can choose from four floor plans at Sierra.

Residence One has a single-story layout with three bedrooms and two baths in 1,431 square feet. A den or optional fourth bedroom expands the home to 1,597 square feet.

The single-story Residence Two measures 1,569 square feet, and provides three bedrooms, two baths and a two-car garage. A den or fourth bedroom is optional.

At 1,977 square feet, the two-story Residence Three has four bedrooms and three baths, plus a two-car garage. A den is optional. Select elevations add a bonus room.

Also two story is Residence Five, which contains three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, a den and bonus room in 2,439 square feet. It also can be built with an optional fourth bedroom and third bath in lieu of the den and powder room. A two-car garage plus side-loading garage is included.

Prices are expected to start from the low $300,000s at Sierra.

All of the builder's new homes feature the Energy Star label for energy efficiency.

To visit, take U.S. Highway 95 to the Charleston Boulevard exit, head east to Hollywood Boulevard and turn right. Proceed to Sunrise Highlands Way and turn left. The sales office and models are open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily except Mondays, when they open at 11 a.m.
