Quick move-ins await buyers at Acacia in Nevada Trails

Pardee prepares homes for April, May occupancy

Pardee Homes has a limited number of residences that can be ready for April or May move-ins at Acacia, a neighborhood within the builder's Nevada Trails community in the southwestern Las Vegas Valley.

Among the homes is Plan Three C at home site 132. The two-story residence measures 2,734 square feet with four bedrooms, three baths, a loft and three-car garage on a corner cul-de-sac lot. The home is upgraded and features $10,000 towards flooring. It is priced at $516,699.

Plan One B at home site 40 is a single-story home measuring 1,990 square feet with three bedrooms, three baths and a great room. Also featured is a two-car garage plus a swing garage and a covered patio. The builder is offering $5,000 towards flooring with the home, which is priced at $479,950. It is anticipated to be ready in April.

Plan Two CR at home site 46 is a single-story home measuring 2,459 square feet with three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, a den and an exercise room. The home is on a cul-de-sac lot and comes with $5,000 towards flooring. The price starts at $510,275 with completion expected in May.

Four floor plans are available at Acacia, ranging from 1,990 to 3,314 square feet with as many as five bedrooms and four baths.

Prices start from $458,450 to $567,700.

"Acacia offers home buyers great family friendly floor plans, including homes with optional casita and distinctive courtyard entries," sales director Ray Landry said. "Acacia's location within Pardee's Nevada Trails community has made it a favorite among current residents looking to move up while remaining in Nevada Trails."

The builder includes a refrigerator, washer, dryer and miniblinds with the purchase of select homes.

Acacia joins the Palo Verde and Mesquite neighborhoods in Nevada Trails, which offer the builder's LivingSmart program for healthier and more energy-efficient living.

Mesquite's single- and two-story homes measure 1,535 to 2,435 square feet with as many as five bedrooms and three baths. Prices range from $362,200 to $471,700.

Palo Verde comprises courtyard homes ranging from 2,817 to 5,051 square feet with as many as six bedrooms and five baths. Prices start from $599,450 to $700,950.

The 10-acre Nevada Trails Park is part of the community's 23 acres of parks and trails. Park amenities include basketball and tennis courts, a playground, lawns, an exercise track and picnic area.

To reach the sales office, take the Las Vegas Beltway to Rainbow Boulevard, go one mile south to Robindale Road and turn right. The office is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily except Mondays, when it opens at 11 a.m.
