Pulte Homes hosts open house event

Builder showcases last remaining homes at Palm Terrace neighborhood in Henderson

Pulte Homes invites the public to an open house today at Palm Terrace, a Henderson neighborhood where few homes remain for sale. The event is scheduled from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Three floor plans are available, ranging from 1,976 to 2,694 square feet with bedroom, den, casita and garage options available.

Prices start from the mid-$400,000s.

Constructed with Environments for Living technology, all the homes are 20 percent more energy efficient than Energy Star requirements.

To visit the neighborhood on weekends, take U.S. Highway 95 to Horizon Drive, turn right, go to Horizon Ridge Parkway and turn right.

Weekdays, visitors can obtain information about Palm Terrace at the builder's Laurel Hills neighborhood. To reach it, take U.S. 95 south to Horizon Drive and turn right, then left on Horizon Ridge Parkway. Proceed to Paradise Hills Drive and turn right, then right again on Calvert Street, left on Laurel Bluff Drive, right on Mystic Flower Road then right on Lovage Street.

The builder also offers homes at Amber Ridge at Mission Hills in Henderson. They are priced from the $420,000s with square footages from 2,559 to 3,799.

The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily except Wednesdays, when it opens at noon.

Palm Hills, which is expected to begin presales soon, offers two-story floor plans with as many as six bedrooms and four baths. The homes are energy efficient and come standard with three-car garages.
