The builder recently hosted an open house, which drew more than 600 visitors to the site, according to sales executive Ray Landry. The neighborhood offers three one- and two-story floor plans. Prices start from $254,950. The single-story Residence One measures 1,340 square feet with three bedrooms, two baths and a two-car garage. The two-story Residence Two is sized at 1,680 square feet with three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and a two-car garage. A balcony off the master bedroom is optional. Residence Three, also two story, measures 1,933 square feet with four bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and a two-car garage. A retreat or loft is optional. Also located at Sunrise Highlands is the builder's Sierra neighborhood, which offers four single- and two-story floor plans ranging from 1,431 to 2,439 square feet. The homes at Sierra provide as many as four bedrooms and four baths, with options for lofts, dens, retreats and bonus rooms. All Pardee homes have the Energy Star label for energy efficiency, which means they are at least 30 percent more energy efficient than standard homes. To visit, take U.S. Highway 95 to the Charleston Boulevard exit, head east to Hollywood Boulevard and turn right. Proceed to Sunrise Highlands Way and turn left. The model homes are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily except Mondays, when they open at 11 a.m. Pardee has built more than 30,000 homes in Southern Nevada.
