KB Home's Villas located valley-wide

KB Home's Villas communities are located across the Las Vegas Valley, and offer some of the builder's most popular floor plans.

"The Villas communities offer all the perks of homeownership with less maintenance," said Christina Nickerson, regional sales manager. Four Villas communities are located in the southwestern valley: Villas at Desert Breeze, Fort Apache, Huntington and Chaco Canyon. In the southern valley are Villas at Tierra Linda and Silverado. The northern valley features Villas at Cliff Shadows, while Villas at Black Mountain is in Henderson.

All of the residences are two-story designs, ranging from 1,274 to 1,945 square feet. They have three or four bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and a one- or two-car garage

"With prices starting in the high $200,000s, the Villas is a great choice for many first-time home buyers," Nickerson said.

The builder's design center is located just off of Interstate 15 at 7370 Dean Martin Drive, Suite 201, south of Warm Springs Road. The Homebuyers Club assists potential home buyers with credit reports, a review of their financial situation and credit counseling.
