"The builder has taken great measures to make sure that the homes here at Horizons are energy efficient. The kitchen also has standard white-on-white appliances, an energy-saving dishwasher, and a refrigerator plumbed for ice maker. Exterior features include rear-yard walls. Optional features include barbecue stub, security system prewiring, a home networking system, intercom system, soft-water loop, granite counter tops, and a garage door opener.
