"Sales agents at our model homes have reported that hardly a day goes by without someone who played the golf course stopping in to check out the model homes," Means said. Among the offerings is the La Piazza I neighborhood, which offers three models ranging in square footage from 1,763 to 3,008. All are built on 50-foot by 90-foot lots. Prices for the single- and two-story homes start at $367,325. "We have several homes available at La Piazza I that face the golf course and others within a short distance," Means said. "It's the perfect community for people who enjoy being outside." Homes at the neighborhood feature island kitchens with granite counter tops and great rooms. Six model home complexes, comprising of 22 models and 30 floor plans, are open throughout the community: Montebello, La Piazza I, La Piazza II, La Luna I, La Luna II, and Avellino. Homes are available in three additional neighborhoods, Terrazzo, Mazzini, and Arezzo, featuring models from the other neighborhoods. Combined, they offer one-, two- and three-story homes. When complete, the community will comprise 18 neighborhoods with about 2,000 homes built around the golf course. In addition, a 35,000-square-foot recreation center, slated for completion later in the year, will provide community residents with a full-length basketball court, two racquetball and handball courts, a fitness room, meeting rooms, a card room and billiards.
