The residences measure from 1,724 to 4,392 square feet and are priced from $367,325. To visit Tuscany, take Lake Mead Parkway east, past Boulder Highway, to Mohawk Drive and turn left. Rhodes Ranch has new homes available in The Collection and Palms Bay neighborhoods. Buyers can choose from 15 floor plans in The Collection, ranging from 1,467 to 4,138 square feet with a third-floor master retreat. Prices start at $449,990. Palms Bay features three two-story floor plans, ranging from 1,734 to 2,400 square feet and priced from $375,325. To view the models at Rhodes Ranch, take the Las Vegas Beltway to Durango Drive then go south to Rhodes Ranch Parkway. Sales offices and models are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily. Both Rhodes Ranch Golf Club and Tuscany Golf Club are open for public play.
