"Just in time for Easter tomorrow, bring your family out to Mariposa Place and meet the Easter Bunny," said Bonnie Hernandez, director of marketing for the builder. Visitors may also enjoy entertainment and refreshments, and enter a drawing to win a $1,000 shopping gift card, movie tickets, gift certificates to restaurants, or tickets to a local amusement park. Photos with the Easter Bunny will be available. Three model homes feature six floor plans, ranging from 2,013 to 3,027 square feet. One- and two-story homes are available with three to five bedrooms. All come with two-car garages. All of the homes meet Water Smart and Energy Star standards. Prices start in the low $400,000s. Two of the builder's popular floor plans, the Gossamer and the Swallowtail, are available at the neighborhood, according to Hernandez. The Gossamer is a 2,464-square-foot home with three bedrooms, a loft and 2 1/2 baths. The Swallowtail measures 2,319 square feet with four bedrooms, a loft and 2 1/2 baths. To visit, take Interstate 15 to Russell Road and head west, past Grand Canyon. The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily except Mondays, when it opens at 11 a.m. KB's design center is located at 7440 Dean Martin Drive, Suite 201, south of Warm Springs Road.
