The luxury high-rise development, already nearly a dozen stories high, will feature about 900 residential units in two 41-story towers when completed. "In a headline-grabbing market like Las Vegas, being under construction means a lot," said Bea Goodwin, a sales executive marketing the project. "You hear so much about the few projects that are announced but don't move forward, and so little about those that are thriving and actually being built. I'm proud to announce that Allure is standing and growing tall." Maintaining a 25-month schedule, construction continues at one floor pouring per week. When finished, the first tower will comprise 428 units of studios and one-, two- and three-bedroom residences, as well as penthouses. Homes in the second tower are for sale. The 472 units come in 14 floor plans, ranging from 669 to 4,218 square feet. Among the amenities are floor-to-ceiling windows, balconies with views of the Strip or downtown Las Vegas, stainless steel appliances, granite counters, European-style cabinetry and Italian tile floors. Common-area amenities include landscaping, gated parking, a pool area with cabanas, storage spaces, wi-fi Internet throughout the property, a club room with a kitchen, business center, media room, conference facilities, a wine cellar and on-site management. "Today's Las Vegas high-rise shoppers are increasingly savvy. They recognize that within this shrinking market Allure offers quality, value and a strategic location, as well as a credible developer with a demonstrated track record," Goodwin said. The property is located on Sahara Avenue, just west of Las Vegas Boulevard. The sales office is located within The Fashion Show mall on the Strip.
