William Lyon Homes is offering buyers a savings of $20,000 in the gated neighborhood of The Cottages at Centennial Ranch, according to Mieko Donovan, sales agent.

Qualified buyers receive the discounted savings plus a washer, dryer and refrigerator when they purchase at the neighborhood and use the builder’s preferred lender.

It can be used as a price credit to buy down mortgage interest rates, cover closing costs, or combine the two. Certain restrictions apply.”People are delighted with these charming homes and the beautiful upgrades,” Donovan said. “A few lucky buyers will benefit from this great incentive and have homes with designer features to enjoy for years to come.”

To take advantage of the incentive, buyers can select from Plan Three or Plan Four while available home sites last.

Plan Three is a 1,598-square-foot home with three bedrooms, 21/2 baths and a two-car garage. A covered front porch, separate living and dining rooms, kitchen pantry, walk-in closet at the master bedroom and upstairs laundry area are among the highlights.

Measuring 1,776 square feet, Plan Four features a traditional layout with three bedrooms, a loft, 21/2 baths and a two-car garage.

It also includes a covered porch entry, kitchen pantry and walk-in closet. A second-level laundry room sits opposite the loft. The master bath and secondary bath feature dual sinks.

Qualified buyers who close in January and use the preferred lender receive a $10,000 incentive customizable to a variety of financial situations, according to Donovan.

Certain restrictions apply. The incentive includes all four Cottages’ floor plans.

“Homes planned for early 2007 deliveries are in the framing stage, so now is an ideal time to purchase for people who want to make interior design selections,” she said. “Whether buyers want to move in 30 days or three months, we know they’ll love our distinguishing features, everything from the gated setting and cobblestone driveways to the private park at the heart of our community.”

Prices start in the mid-$200,000s.

Models are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily, except Mondays when they open at noon.
