Home shoppers who visit any one of KB Home’s home collections within Sierra Ranch, a community in North Las Vegas, can register to win tickets to “Disney Live! Presents Mickey’s Magic Show.” The event takes place in the Orleans Arena next weekend.
“This is a great opportunity for Southern Nevada families to see our floor plans at Sierra Ranch and register to win the ‘Disney Live! Presents Mickey’s Magic Show’ package,” said Bonnie Hernandez, director of marketing.
“We have many family-friendly floor plans available at Sierra Ranch. The floor plans are flexible and include a variety of sizes, styles and prices.”
Five home collections are featured in the community.
Butterfield features two-story homes containing two to four bedrooms and 2 1/2 or three baths. Designs range from 1,408 to 2,021 square feet and feature two-car garages, covered front porches, an upstairs laundry and a loft, depending on the floor plan. Prices start in the mid-$200,000s.
Apple Creek offers two- and three-story homes measuring 1,408 to 2,021 square feet. Floor plans offer two to four bedrooms, 2 1/2 to three baths, and two-car garages. Some homes feature dens or bonus rooms. Prices start in the mid-$200,000s.
The Heartland collection features one- and two-story homes ranging from 1,868 to 3,923 square feet. Floor plans include two to six bedrooms, two to four baths and two- and three-car garages. Some plans feature bonus rooms, lofts, dens or covered front porches. Prices start in the low $300,000s.
Hillcrest offers one- and two-story homes ranging from 1,868 to 3923 square feet. Homes come with two to six bedrooms, two to four baths and two- and three-car garages. Some plans are highlighted by courtyards, master retreats and game rooms. Homes start in the low $300,000s.
Orchard Hill at Sierra Ranch is a collection of homes ranging from 1,612 to 2,307 square feet. These homes feature three to four bedrooms, 2 1/2 to three baths and two-car garages. Some floor plans offer lofts, covered porches and dens. Prices starts in the mid-$200,000s.
The community features four parks, which include walking trails with exercise stations, soccer fields, sand volleyball courts and children’s play areas. The four parks total 12 acres.
To visit, take Interstate 15 to Craig Road. Exit west, turn right on North Commerce Street and continue past Ann Road. Turn right on Tropical Parkway. Follow the signs to each home collection. The sales offices are open Tuesday through Sunday 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., and on Monday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
